The initiative specifically addresses the aging demographic in the agricultural sector, as the average age of a Nigerian farmer is 60 years old, and youth participation has been declining.

The program empowers young agripreneurs between the ages of 21 and 40 in commercial crop and livestock farming practices and value addition in food processing SME's Its objectives are structured into three phases:

• Short-term: Recruiting and enhancing knowledge through specialized training and mentorship.

• Mid-term: Encouraging participants to share their knowledge and establish kitchen vegetable farms within their local communities.

• Long-term: Focusing on national scalability by replicating the model in other regions of Nigeria to bridge the food security gap.
